Ingredients
Air Fryer Version:
1 lb chicken breasts or thighs, cut into nuggets
1 egg (or flax egg)
2 tbsp dairy-free milk
½ cup gluten-free flour or almond flour
¾ cup gluten-free panko or crushed cornflakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Olive oil spray
Oven Baked Version:
1 lb chicken, cut into pieces
1 egg + 2 tbsp milk
½ cup GF flour
¾ cup crushed GF crackers or cereal
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F or oven to 425°F. Line tray with rack if baking.
2. Set up 3 bowls: flour, egg + milk, and seasoned crumbs.
3. Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Coat fully.
4. For air fryer: place in basket, spray lightly, cook 10 mins flipping halfway.
5. For oven: place on rack, spray lightly, bake 18–22 mins, flipping once.
6. Ensure nuggets reach 165°F internal temp. Serve warm with dips.
Notes
Store extras in freezer. Reheat in oven or air fryer directly.
Use cornflakes or almond flour as breadcrumb substitutes.
Flax egg and dairy-free options work well.
